HTC will Defend Itself Against Apple Lawsuit

This coming from the company that brought us the first 3.5" color touchscreen smartphone in the world in the form of the O2 XDA, alongside other list of accolades which include the first Windows PDA, first Windows phone, first 3G CDMA EVDO smartphone, first gesture-based smartphone (take that, Apple!), first Google Android smartphone and first 4G WIMAX smartphone. This court battle looks set to be interesting.
