Google's Pixel Buds Pro are currently more affordable on Amazon than ever before
Over the previous few years, Google has produced numerous reliable wireless earbuds, but the most recent Pixel Buds Pro are still the company's greatest product. You can now purchase the buds while they are on sale for the first time after receiving a score of 87 in our review last month. The Pixel Buds Pro in charcoal and lemongrass are available on Amazon for $175, which is a record low and a savings of $25 off the regular price. Additionally, the more cheap Pixel Buds A-Series have been reduced in price to $69, which is the lowest they have ever been.
Basically, Google tweaked the earphones' appearance somewhat and also added a few significant capabilities to make them deserving of the "Pro" label. Since they are somewhat more oval in form than the previous generations, the buds themselves suit the curves of the ear better. They are IPX4-rated, so they can withstand sweaty workouts, and they include integrated controls that let you play/pause, skip tracks, adjust the volume, and switch between ANC and transparency mode.
Google did a terrific job with ANC, which is perhaps the largest new feature on the Pixel Buds Pro. The active noise cancellation in the earbuds is powered by a six-core audio processor, while Silent Seal, a function, helps prevent sound leaks and further reduce noise. Solid ANC is created when all of those factors come together to muffle sounds like TV programs playing nearby or adjacent conversations. The sound quality is also fairly outstanding, and Google introduced a function called Volume EQ that automatically modifies tuning when the volume is changed, making the highs, mids, and lows more even and nuanced at any volume.
You may adjust touch controls, switch sound settings, configure Google Assistant functions, and check the last known position of the earbuds using the companion app for the headphones. When using several Android devices simultaneously, you may also enable automatic switching between them in the app. Finally, the Pixel Buds Pro's battery life is about 13 hours when utilizing ANC and up to 20 hours when that feature is off. In addition, Google added wireless charging capabilities to the carrying case for the earbuds, which weren't included in earlier versions.
The Pixel Buds Pro is therefore Google's most costly wireless earbuds to date, but they're also the best-sounding, most capable, and most adaptable buds the company has ever made. (via: engadget)
